Why is visceral fat resistant?
Visceral fat is the dumping site for excess sugar that can't be cleared from the bloodstream.
It becomes inflamed because of the excess toxic sugar that starts to produce cytokines and other inflammatory compounds.
Visceral fat becomes the dumping ground for other toxicities that enter our body (additives, dyes, chemicals, etc.)
Visceral fat becomes insulin resistant and cannot be used for energy and the cycle worsens.

Support sessions are Mondays at 12:00pm CST. Plan to learn, collaborate, and discuss challenges and successes as you go through the program.

How can I get started?
Our 30 day Group Weight Loss Program is 100% virtual. All you need to do:
What am I going to be eating?
The plan is based on clean eating and tasty food so you will not feel deprived. You will be eating lean protein and tons of veggies! You may also incorporate 1 serving of fruit per day and an approved protein shake. There aren't any processed foods in our programs!
Can I do this program if I am on a GLP-1 medication?
Yes, you can do this program if you are on a GLP-1 medication and your weight loss has stopped. We recommend that you monitor your blood sugars if adding to GLP-1 medications.
How much weight will I lose?
We think the better question is "how much fat will I lose?". Many people lose water weight, muscle and lean tissue which slows metabolism. Our program is focused on fat loss. Typical results are 10-20 lbs in 30 days.
Can I continue my other supplements and medications while on the program?
We will discuss in detail what supplements can be continued while on the program. All medication prescribed by your should be reviewed with your practitioner. We encourage reassessing your medications after the program because the goal is to get you off of the lifestyle disease medication!
What if I don't have any weight to lose, but I still want to go through your program?
You are welcome to still join the program! You will pick a program of choice and can use the program for one of your patients or friends once you learn how the program works.
